• The “double pass” method blends vine‑dried Shiraz with traditional Shiraz, giving a juicier, richer, more intense style than a standard Shiraz.

• Alcohol sits around 15%, so it is on the bigger, riper end of the spectrum.

Aroma and flavour

• Colour shows vibrant ruby‑red with a purple core.
